Entertaiment is an activity characterized by pleasure and amusement, usually as a form of recreation or diversion. The concept of entertainment is influenced by narrative traditions, moralism and social values. It has evolved into a significant industry providing livelihoods and eliciting strong emotional responses from its audiences. Entertainment often hits on the points that the brain was evolved to deeply react to in order to understand the world we live in, such as backstabbing and murders. It is a genre that can easily cross over different media.
