How Entertaiment Can Support the Greater Good

Article: Entertaiment

Entertainment is the activity of entertaining or amusing others, or of providing amusement. It can include any type of recreation, ranging from reading, playing games, watching films and videos, to visiting museums or other cultural attractions. It can also be a feature of religious festivals, sporting events, ceremonies or other social gatherings. It is an integral part of our societal needs and has evolved into an enormous industry that can be adapted to any scale. It can even be a form of education. The word itself comes from the Latin intertenere, meaning “to hold inside.”

The SU2C model is a great example of how entertainment can be used to support a greater good.
